Inforcer, a London-headquartered cybersecurity startup, has raised £34 million in a series C funding round from Insight Partners, with the investor taking a minority stake alongside existing backers Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital. The capital will be used to expand Inforcer’s multi-tenant Microsoft security and AI management platform for Managed Service Providers, a timely move as threats and AI-driven risks rise for small and medium-sized businesses.
MSPs are increasingly asked to deliver Microsoft security, compliance and AI-focused services at scale for SMB customers. That creates demand for a centralised control plane that can manage hundreds or thousands of tenants without relying on brittle scripting or manual configurations. For MSPs, better tooling can change unit economics and the way security is standardised and measured across customer estates.
The funding also signals continuing investor interest in companies that combine cloud management with security and AI capabilities, a segment attracting attention as adversaries experiment with AI-enhanced attacks.
Inforcer provides a unified control plane for Microsoft environments, intended to help MSPs standardise configuration, security and data governance across many tenants. Key features highlighted by the company include automated reporting and orchestration to replace manual scripts, Copilot Manager to help package and deliver managed AI services, and Shadow AI detection to surface unsanctioned AI use.
The platform has recently added inforcer TDR, a Threat Detection and Response capability that aims to detect both human and AI-enhanced threats, contain breaches and prevent incidents from recurring across large SMB estates. The vendor positions this as combining Microsoft management with both proactive and reactive security controls.
Since launching in 2023, Inforcer says it has been adopted by more than 1,400 MSPs across North America, EMEA and APAC and is adding over 100 new MSPs every month. The company also notes it moved from Series A to C within 18 months and operates from Richmond, London with teams in the US, Australia, the Netherlands and Denmark.
Insight Partners is the new investor in this round and takes a minority stake alongside existing investors Meritech Capital and Dawn Capital. The announcement frames the round as support for product expansion, global growth and additional security tooling for MSPs serving SMBs.
In the announcement, Matt Koran, Investor at Insight Partners, said:
As AI adoption grows throughout the enterprise, securing and driving AI readiness across productivity platforms is crucial for MSPs. Our conviction in inforcer is driven by its velocity of innovation, deep alignment with Microsoft and commitment to MSP success that positions the company as a transformational leader in the category.

In the announcement, Jamie Daum, CEO at Inforcer, said:
Anthropic's Claude Code can make anyone a 'vibe coder' and Mythos has the potential to make anyone a hacker. The threat landscape has never been more dangerous for SMBs. This funding round has armed us to expand our platform to help MSPs defend their SMB customers against advancing threats, especially those enhanced by AI.
Daum’s comment frames the raise as a reactive and proactive step: reactive to rising automation and tooling that lower the barrier for attackers, and proactive in helping MSPs productise managed AI and security services.
Inforcer’s raise sits at the intersection of two trends: consolidation of Microsoft-centric management tooling for MSPs, and a wave of productisation around managed AI services. For MSPs, the appeal of a single pane that handles compliance, drift detection and AI governance is the potential to scale offerings without a proportional increase in operational overhead.
The deal also contributes to a broader pattern of investment into UK-founded cybersecurity companies that are building control planes and tooling for service providers and enterprise customers. It underlines that investors remain willing to fund companies that tie security to cloud platform management and AI readiness.
This funding round reinforces momentum in the UK and European cybersecurity ecosystem, where demand for purpose-built tooling for MSPs and SMBs is growing in line with the rise of AI-driven threats and Microsoft-centric enterprise stacks.
